Mizrachi Brothers Hit South Florida’sTop Poker Room
July 18th, 2011 | by Zachary Smith |Talk about guys with juice…Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi who won the World Series of Poker $50,000 Players Championship this past summer stopped by Maridi Gras Casino’s Big Easy Poker Room last week with the rest of Team Mizrachi. Along with “The Grinder” was his brother Robert also a big time pro and their two other bros Eric and Donnie Mizrachi. They were joined by David “Chino” Rheem and Issac “The General” Galaban.
At the 2010 World Series of Poker “The Grinder”, was awarded $1,559,043, his first gold bracelet, and the Chip Reese Memorial Trophy. Robert placed 5th setting a new World Series of Poker record for a pair of brothers. “The Grinder” was Card Player’s 2006 Player of the year and his lifetime earnings are now in excess of $11 million. He got his nickname for always “grinding” his way through poker tournament fields. No-limit Hold’em is “The Grinders” game.
