David Beckham celebrates Valentine’s Day with Victoria in NYC
February 13th, 2011 | by Jessica Teakle |David Beckham flew to be with four-and-a-half months pregnant wife Victoria for a special Valentine’s Day date. This came even as his £15million libel and slander lawsuit against celeb magazine InTouch was dismissed by a US judge with David vowing to continue his fight.
In the meantime the couple got together for this special date after seven years of busy work schedules. They enjoyed an intimate dinner at the trendy Minetta Tavern with Posh, 36, looking stunning in a nude silky asymmetrical dress and matching overcoat concealing her baby bump. Becks turned out in a smart black tartan suit and silver tie clip with his hair slicked back.
The 35-year-old footballer has been training nearer home in the UK and jetted across to be with his fashion designer wife who is preparing for the New York Fashion Week. At the preview of her autumn/winter line for 2011 she revealed that she would even be sending a selection of dresses to the Royal bride-to-be Kate Middleton.
For now it may appear that David Beckham and Victoria have put aside the libel issue and this setback to focus on their next baby as well as their individual careers. Meanwhile the four winners in the RedBus Bingo Valentine’s Day City Break game which was to send off one lucky winner and partner to Venice will have to wait for their playoff game. The romantic trip to Venice can only be won by one of these four players.
